How to nominate a charity
Any child who has registered as a 100 Kids Kawartha Lakes member can nominate a charity for consideration at our next meeting.  To nominate a charity, use the form below; click Join to register as a member.

To ensure that more organizations in Kawartha Lakes have the opportunity to present and be voted on by our members, organizations who are selected will not be eligible for nomination again for one calendar year.

• Members can only nominate one charity per meeting.  

• Nominations must be received by the posted deadline.  Any nominations received after the deadline will be forwarded to the next meeting’s nomination period.

• Once nominations are received, 100 Kids Kawartha Lakes will randomly draw three organizations that will be presented at the meeting for voting.  The three charities to be voted on, as well as every charity nominated will be posted here. 

• If your charity is not chosen randomly as one of the three presented for voting, you can click on the option below to have them re-submitted for consideration.

• In order to be presented for voting at the 100 Kids Kawartha Lakes meeting, a representative of the charity (staff or volunteer) must be in attendance and agree to give a 2-3 minute talk to the kids about their organization and answer the questions listed below.
